  • All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at arrival and entry. 

  • ID proof is mandatory for each guest when booking and upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered valid proof of address. 

  • The timetables for meals will be specific and provided to you by the guide. 

  • Pay heed to the guidelines given by the trek leader or instructor to enjoy a safe and sound trekking experience. 

  • Consumption of alcohol or any other intoxicating products is prohibited during the Coorg Tour Package

  • The above pickup and timings have been selected based on the Bangalore traffic Jam, and the timings will help the participants reach the campsite on time and maintain the trek schedule. 

  • Because of any reason, natural or personal, if the trek or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed. 

  • The Coorg Tour occurs through an Eco-friendly zone; we do not encourage littering the local sites or campsites. 

  • For safety purposes, a Coorg Tour Package is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone who has had major surgery, has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc. 

  • The exact pick-up location and time will be confirmed after the booking.

By Air

Coorg, unfortunately, does not have an airport but is very well connected to airports in Kerala and Karnataka.  

1. Kannur International Airport (95 km)

  • Pros: This is the nearest airport to Coorg, thus can usually provide a better approach to reach here. It connects well to major cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi through direct and connecting flights.  

  • Connectivity to Coorg: From Kannur, hire a cab or private transport and set out toward Coorg for it to reach there in about 2-3 hours.  

2. Mangalore International Airport (135 km)

  • Pros: Big airport with wide choices of flights, including international.  

  • Connectivity to Coorg: The trip to Coorg on the road generally takes approximately three to four and a half hours. Available taxi and private bus services can be used.  

3. Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore (265 km)

  • Pros: It's far away, but it's got the best connectivity since most major cities fly frequently to it. 

  • Connectivity to Coorg: Once you land in Bangalore via flight, you have the following options: rent a car, book a taxi or take a private bus. 

By train

Though Coorg does not have a railway station of its own, travellers can make use of the nearby stations and travel the remaining journey.  

1. Mysore Junction (120 km)
